Job Summary

We are an 80-person company centralizing our go-to-market support into a unified Revenue Operations function under Finance & Operations. As our first dedicated RevOps hire, you will take high ownership in building our RevOps engine from the ground up rather than inheriting a pre-built one.

Acting as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, you will own the systems, data, and processes that power our GTM teams from CRM administration and pipeline forecasting to incentive compensation tracking. Partnering daily with our VP of Finance & Operations and Sales leadership, you’ll work at a scale where your strategic contributions directly shape company performance and show up in our results immediately.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP of Finance & Operations and sales leadership to design and refine the CRM around how sellers actually work  minimizing friction while maintaining data quality.
  • Serve as a key administrator of our CRM: architecture, workflows, integrations, user management, and data hygiene.
  • Work cross functionally to build, support and rationalize the broader GTM tech stack (sales engagement, enrichment, marketing automation integrations), including vendor evaluation and renewals.
  • Run the forecasting process: methodology, cadence, and roll-up of the official forecast to the VP Finance & Operations.
  • Build and maintain the single source of truth for pipeline, funnel conversion, win rates, sales cycle, and rep productivity metrics.
  • Deliver recurring reporting to sales, CS, and executive leadership, and answer ad hoc analytical questions with speed and rigor.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning: territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling in partnership with sales leadership and Finance.
  • Maintain the definitions document (opportunity stages, qualification criteria, forecast categories) that keeps everyone speaking the same language.
  • Run a lightweight deal desk process: discount approval routing, non-standard terms, and quote support.
  • Manage an intake process for requests from the field with clear turnaround expectations.
  • Identify and fix friction in the lead-to-cash process across marketing, sales, CS, and Finance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to federal contract requirements.
  • Based on the needs of the company, you may be required to work occasional nights and weekends.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills

  • 3–6 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Finance or a closely related role, ideally at a company of similar size or stage.
  • Advanced CRM administration experience.
  • Strong analytical skills: fluent in Excel/Google Sheets and basic modeling.
  • Experience running or supporting a forecasting process.
  • A service mindset toward the go-to-market team paired with the independence to own the objective number, you can be a trusted partner to sales without being captured by it.
  • Clear communicator who can translate between reps, executives, and Finance.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building processes from scratch; you prioritize, build and ship.

Nice to Have

  • Experience as a first or early RevOps/SalesOps hire.
  • Exposure to marketing operations or customer success operations.
  • SQL proficiency.
  • Experience supporting SaaS revenue model.

Compensation Range

  • Range $140,000 - $152,000
  • Compensation range includes base salary and is eligible for an annual bonus.
  • New hires salaries are typically between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint. Actual placement in the range will depend on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
